Since I have started this I in december I have lost 17 lbs the scale is actually showing a little more than that but don't want to record it until it stays like that for a few days. But I realized that my 9 month old weighs 17 lbs. It puts it into reality when I pick her up that this is how much I have already lost. What a great motivating thing everytime I pick her up. Just wanted to share my happiness.can you think of something equivelent to what you have lost?

That's great!!! I have done the same thing with my little guy....sure puts things into perspective!!! I did weight watchers ages ago and the goal there when you hit a loss of 25 lbs was to go to a grocery store and pick up a turkey!!! Sounds weird but when I lost 25 lbs all I could think about was dancing with a turkey in the meat department!!!!!! Funny thing is my mom was so excited for me she did the turkey dance too!!!0
