I recently found kale, and chia seeds. I introduced the kale into my diet yesterday and I love it. Never had it before, but I love the nutritional content, and for a snack today, I boiled kale in some broth, added garlic power and pepper and when it was almost done, I added an egg for protein. Makes a yummy low cal soup! Chia seeds I heard on Dr. Oz, but he supports so many supplements I rarely listen to him. But the chia seeds caught my eye, so I bought some at the store last week and have added them to my yogurt or my protein shake. Be careful adding to liquid as they get a gelatin like coating that feels slimy when going down.
