:smile: Hello everyone. I'm not really "new" here per se, as I've been a member of MFP for a while now. A little background... I use to work out ALOT and then stopped. I found it a little hard to keep up after a while. And every time I would re-start a program (I have tons of fitness dvds), I'd lose around 15 pounds and then give up. smh I realize that the longer I procrastinate, the worse I am going to feel. It's already hard to run one -- no half a block without feeling like my heart is going to pop out of my chest. lol I'm really motivated now and have so much to do to get to the place I want to be.

And on that note, HELLO everyone. I look forward to "talking" to each and every one of you.
