Low Calorie Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti and Halibut!

I love this recipe, it is filling, full of antioxidants and protein and all the good stuff. Take a spaghetti squash and roast it in the oven until the skin squshes in when poked with a butter knife. Take it out and let it cool then with a spoon scrape out the inside, it will have a spaghetti like effect. Boil a pot of water and drop in Halibut cut in to chunks, add a little olive oil and salt and cook until the halibut is flaky. Once the fish is cooked drain and add sliced mushrooms and a basic spaghetti tomato sauce. Enjoy!
