In recent years I started doing this, and the recognition that it was a form of "emotional eating" didn't help: I only felt guiltier.
Logging my calories and doing Intermittent Fasting (I eat my designated calorie amount, but only between 12:30 and 10 p.m.) several days a week have helped.0 -
My worst time for boredom snacking is at night when the kids go to bed. I try as hard as possible to stay out of the kitchen.0

Is it possible to keep yourself busier? Find things to do instead of focusing on food all the time. I know its easier said than done.0
