LOL um unless you can find one made with stevia or somethin im thinkin Tea might be your best bet, theyre are lots of flavored teas out there that dont have artifical sweetners and no sugar, I do green tea bags that have fruit in them, but most tea bags are gonna be natural and still give ya caffeine

Adrenaline is 100% natural. The only problem is you have to get a puma to chase you or something. Some people just can't handle the strength of coffee. Tea is a bit weaker, so that might work. I'm not sure about how safe a lot of those energy drinks are. I've never even tried red bull or anything like that. I am a coffee drinker though.

This is coming from a heavy coffee drinker since age twelve!.....

    I qiut about 2.5 mos ago....for good and I don't miss it.

First off I try to drink a gallon of water a day, so I don't even have time or room for anything else.

I drink tae ,but hate store bought stuff like black tea, etc so I drink republic of tea once in awhile strawberry chocolate, two bags in a cup with hazelnut milk and it tastes just like coffee plus it's caffeine- free.

I also drink Teavana Loose tea in blueberry mixed with strawberry lemonade, no sweetener needed and drink it iced.

I also have a bubbly water maker, mix with a spalash of juice.

you could try unsweet tea. should be a smaller amount of caffeine.

honestly if one cup of coffee makes you nervous, there isn't going to be a good "energy" alternative because coffee only packs like 80ish milligrams of caffeine. I personally can't feel a dose less than that.

sniff an ammonia stick, that'll wake you up.
