Now I know that if you do the same cardio everyday that your body gets used to it and you dont burn as many calories and you wont get the results that you want. My question is what if you use 3 different machines everyday. Like yesterday I stared with 25 mins on the bike and then did 20 mins on the treadmill and ended with 20 on the elliptical. Now I am not going to use all 3 of the same today, I might do like 30 on the treadmill and 30 on the bike but is my body still going to remember. I do also some squats and lunges everyday. Some input would be great

As long as you keep changing it up, you should continue to get results. You may even want to throw in an odd class once in a while, if you can. You can also change incline or intensity as well to continue to get results. It's all about not developing a routine and getting stuck in an exercise rut.

I change it up every week and haven't had a problem yet with my body getting used to it.

I often wonder if the lady that does 2 hours a day every day on the elliptical gets results though for the exact reason you posted.

A lot of people at the gym I go to use 2 or 3 cardio machines every day when they work out. I run on a treadmill twice a week, stairmaster once a week (today) & I'll run outdoors on Saturday. Your body will get used to a cardio machine only if you let it. For me, I vary the incline & the speed I run at. One day I'll run as long as I can at 7.0 mph with an incline of 2.5 & the other treadmill day I'll do interval training.

I generally like to walk/run at maximum incline just because it burns the most calories. I do switch between running and walking when I am a maximum incline like every 5 mins
