When I am doing my at home circuit training I wear my running shoes and my feet hurt so bad that I often have to stop. Last year I went to a running specialty store and they looked at my feet and had me walk in put me in shoes for supination/underpronation...they work great when I run and have eliminated the pain in my hips (I was just wearing the cheapest ones I could find, who knew?). Any way my question is should I be wearing something different for circuit training? I have a wide toe cage and a very narrow ankle so I have to butterfly my laces. Any insight would be appreciated. I feel like I am not getting the most out of my workouts because of it.
