Donut of fat?

Yes, donuts are fat. I know that. :-)
But I have a donut of fat that resides subcutaniously around my belly button. It's left over from my last pregnancy.
I can see my abs getting stronger and more defined on the sides of my abdomen, with a lovely "donut" on top of the muscle in the middle. I do 45-60 minutes of hard cardio on an average day. I'm not asking for a 6-pack....just a pastry reduction.
Any suggestions?
