Is that really an indicator that you're hungry? Do you eat something when this happens? What do you eat?

I eat small meals/snacks frequently so my stomach hardly ever grumbles any more.

But, yeah, a grumbly tummy is usually a sign that the machine must be fed, especially if you actually feel hungry or tired. I pick a complex carb along with a little fat and protein and have a light (100-200 calorie total) snack. Then I drink lots of water. If I'm still hungry an hour later, I eat some more. If I'm running the risk of running out of calories for the day, I exercise to burn some.

Also, check to make sure you aren't eating a carb-heavy diet like I once did. By most standards, I still am, but I'm better than I used to be and slowly getting better. Start tracking carbs, fats, and proteins in addition to calories and see if you can meet your fat and protein goals daily.
