7lbs my first week!

Well I did it. I finally followed an eating routine for a whole week and also excercised. And I lost 7lbs. I am so thrilled I want to do it again this week. I followedd the clean eating program and excercised to my walking dvds. I did lift weights too but not enough to do anything. Anyway, I just wanted to share.

    Thank you for the reply. Clean eating is a book by Tosca Reno and there is also a magazine called "clean eating". Its about eating healthy food, no junk. Same as any diet I suppose. I like their menu ideas. The magazine is great.

    Good job!!! 7lbs in one week is a lot of weight!!

    I've been trying to eat clean as well. It's not so bad and the food is great (lol, since I cook it). Plus I know what's in them.
