Just Starting Out

I joined the site in January but have only now become really motivated to lose the weight, I have 45 lbs to lose and I am trying to stay motivated and have self control. I am weighing in every week, my first one is Monday. Any advice or motivation would be great, it is hard to do this on your own! Good luck to everyone else doing this, I have already seen some really inspiring stories on here!
