I have weigh in tomorrow and after 3 weeks of nothing lost I need a pound or two to be GONE. :frown: I also have a HUGE Anatomy test tomorrow night that I am feeling a little ill prepared for.:noway: So ANY words of encouragement would be lovely.....

okay...deep breath....you CAN do this!
As for the weigh in...you're a pro at this... you know what has to be done and you'll get there. Hopefully you'll see the scale move but if not just remember that you are working towards over all good health, improved vitality, enhanced mood, etc.
As for the test you probably know the material better than what you think...but just for good measure I'm wishing to good luck too

I was in a weigh-in plateau and I spiced up my exercise routine and the numbers started going down again, so try that if tomorrow doesn't show the results you wanted. As far as the anatomy test, study study but stay calm and do your best! Hmm, maybe you can do some yoga!! It'll relax you for you test and burn some cals! A win win situation!! Good luck!!! I feel like I should say more because you are always posting such positive comments to others! Hey, maybe that coud work too, reverse psychology, go back through and read your positive comments to others and change the address to self! Just a theory! You'll do great in both!!!! :happy:0

I bet you will be pleasantly surprised tomorrow and jump for joy when you see that scale go down tomorrow and I am sure that you don't even need the gratification of a scale because I am positive if you measure yourself you will be slimmer in places you didn't think you could lose
As far as the test goes. Study as much as you can and then make sure you stop, eat something healthy, relax and then go to bed and go to bed with a free and clear mind. You don't need to go to bed all anxious and thinking about the test tomorrow.
