Tried this a couple years ago and did well.

Gained some unwanted weight from bad eating habits and lack of exercise.

Getting back on track and trying to lose 10lbs. We'll see how it goes.

    I'm back as well. Need to lose 10-15 pounds. I've lost 6.8 lbs of that so far! YAY! My goal is to have lost at least 10 before the date of my sprint triathlon on 8/1.... You can do it! Don't give up! I know that I feel so much better now that I have been watching what I eat:smile: I'm sure that you will too!

  • There is so much support here and it's a great place to check in.

    I hope to stick to my plan and get back into shape.

    I'm doing a 10 km run with my sister this weekend and she's my inspiration ( she recently lost 150 lbs)

    Haven' t completed 10 km since last year but will give a try and drag my butt across that finish line.
