Should i go by the net calories or total food intake? I work out but do not want to eat back all of my exercise cals. And here lately i seem to keep eating more and more food almost like i have no control.

from the sound of it a fixed amount of eating (calories per day) may work best for you.
Set the level at an average for the week taking into account that you workout.0
