During my interval workout on the treadmill I got up to 9.3 mph (a little under 6:30 pace i think) for a good 30-40 secs! Before I got sick with the flu about a month ago the highest I could go was about 8 mph so I'm super excited my cardio is getting back to where it was. I definitely noticed that it has helped my mile time too. The other day I ran a little over three miles at around a 9:45 pace! Wooop woop!

Duuuuuude, that is fast!!! I think the fastest I've gone is 7.0, maybe. Now I'm curious.....I think I'm going to push myself harder to see how fast I can go now.0

Wow that is awesome. I just recently started putting intervals into my cardio. 5.5 has been my highest so far but I would like to up the ante. So far though with doing 2 min runs and 1 min walks the strength in my legs have improved greatly. I'm stepping lighter on my feet and it feels GREAT0
