Low calorie bread in CANADA?

I am having a hard time finding low calorie bread alternatives in Canada (Ontario). I see mention of lots of great products in the USA like sandwich thins and 40 calorie bread. I can't seem to find anything locally except weight watchers bread which is basically tiny slices of regular bread. I miss my sandwiches with normal sized bread but 200 calories for two slices doesn't seem worth it. I am up for making my own bread that I can freeze if I can find a decent recipe that is worth the work ;)

Any suggestions for a fellow Canadian?

Dempster's bodywise runs about 50 calories/slice ,they're smaller pieces though. In my area you can only get it at walmart but I'm fairly sure some of the safeways in bigger cities sell it too.

Pita Break One Buns are 100 calories and the ingredient list isn't too bad. Generally, I find I'd rather eat an open faced sandwich on a good piece of bread, though!
