Hey There, I am Stephanie, and I just logged onto myfitness pal on the computer for the first time. Usually just use my phone. I didn't realize I was missing out on all the blogs, message boards etc. I have a question about the APP. I always run out of protein by the end of the day. Today, I ate a can of tuna, and that was almost my whole day's worth of protein! How do I find a better balance? I usually end up with TON of carbs unused, but way over on protein and sugar. I stopped eating all refined sugars, I tap our my sugar allotment for the day by eating anything more than just one banana. Can anyone shed some light? I cut sugar, and pasta/rice/corn/bread so I feel like I gravitate towards fruit/fiber/protein to fill me up.

probably not. MFP sets protein very low - I go for 30%. I hope that helps. You can adjust these yourself to numbers that work for you!0

The protein default is way too low so don't worry about going over0
