Logging 30 day shred

I just started the 30 day shred, and I'm not sure what to log it as exercise wise. I don't know if it's circuit training or aerobics. Any suggestions?

I log it as circuit training but idk if that's correct, just what I do0

Most people log it as Circuit, unless they have a HRM~0
