Is there a way to gauge how many calories you are burning when you are lifting? I have been so used to having in upwards of 700 calories burned when doing my cardio and now that I have switched things up a bit, is there a way to know what you have burned when you lift? I know you burn after weight training days and you burn more when you lift... Would I need to buy a HRM?

I had to buy a HRM. I burn a lot less calories when strength training versus cardio, but I burn a lot more fat. I recommend any of the Polar HRMs. I have a FT70
