Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes, I drank all my water. I made it the whole day without getting a latte (and a treat to go with it)
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Even though I had already done my exercising, I went on a walk with my mom.
What would I have done differently?
Not eaten as much at the Indian Restaurant

Drink all my water. No caffeine or refined sugary treats.

I had a pretty bad day yesterday and didn't feel like exercising, but I did anyway. My mom had maked cookies that I managed to avoid too
What would I have done differently?
Ate a meal instead of a bunch of snacks with no nutritional value for dinner when I got home from work. It's alwayyys better to just eat a meal!

No pretzels/empty calorie carbohydrate snacks. Run 3.5miles.0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Since I didn't exercise I thought that I would go over my 1260 by a significant amount but I didn't. I probably didn't even go over but I don't log my walks with the dog... he moves slow

Found the time to get to the Y or go for a walk

Yes, I burned 500 calories on the elliptical trainer.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
I didn't go over on calories.
What would I have done differently?
Nothing. Yesterday was a good day for me, diet-wise.
What are today's personal goals?
1--That if the hubs and I go out to dinner, to eat something lean and healthy.
2--To tell the hubs how much I love him, as my friend's hubs just passed away (he was 37--sudden heart attack, very sad).
3--To enjoy each calorie burned while working out---'cause it will never, ever be on my body again.

Didn't eat a 2nd dinner when I already ate enough for my first dinner while preparing it for my family. I did 30 minutes on my recumbant bike before bed - even though I really didn't want to

Would have not eaten while preparing dinner and eaten a normal meal with my family instead

90 minutes at the Y tonight ... will be a challenge because I have to pick up my son from daycare and bring him to the Y too
