how do you log it on mfp?

    I did day 1 yesterday, and I counted up all the running minutes and walking minutes, and looged them that way.

    Do you have a HRM? I used my HRM and then I just created a new entry for Day One Workout One etc. and entered in how many calories my HRM said I burned for each workout.
