SODIUM

I am constantly going over sodium. It is so difficult for me to find foods that are low fat, low sugar AND low sodium. I am so frustrated! Anybody have any suggestions?

    i've found it to never really hinder weight loss all that much. just flush it out with a ton of water if you're crazy about it!

    Eat whole, unprocessed foods and you won't have trouble with sodium or sugar. Fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc. Make your own food and you can control everything that goes into it, instead of relying on food manufacturers to give you what you need.
