Increasing Calories Challenge

Options
This is a challenge for people who want to increase their calories but are nervous about doing it. I am one of the most cynical people about upping my calories but after not losing weight for the last month I have decided to try it! After a conversation with a nutritionist he suggested:

So the challenge is this:
1. Increase your calories (I've gone from around 1300 net to 1700 daily)
2. Eat the same number of calories every day
3. Eat healthy calories - whole wheat pasta, bread, lean meat, oily fish lots of veg (although the occasional daily treat is fine!)
4. Exercise for between 3 and 5 hours a week
5. Drink lots of water!

For the first post put your height, weight, current calories, increased calories and goal weight.
Every week post your previous weight and current weight.
After a month we'll see if we've managed to lose!
It doesn't matter when you start, just log every week

Height: 5 foot 7 inches
Weight: 147lbs
Current Calories: 1300 (net)
New Calories: 1700 (every day)
Goal Weight: 130lbs

Good luck everyone :-)
