p90x exercise
i thought it said that there is a database of exercises...
how come i can't add p90x back and biceps
and
p90x ab ripper x?
do i have to create this? how many calories did i burn?

put it down as strength training, and without wearing a hrm, you wouldn't know how many cals you burn, as it's diff for everyone.0

Hi,
If you don't have a HRM then this is what I use as a rough guide for calories burned for each of the P90x workouts.
http://p90xcalories.com/
I log mine as cardio (and add as a new exercise of P90x and a description of the dvd title) this allows you to input how long your work out was and the calories burned.
I don't think it's 100% accurate but I use it as a rough guide.
