Protein Shakes – Add a tablespoon peanut butter or a fruit on the side
Home-made Protein bars – There are tons of recipes out there for these and they are healthier then store bought as you know what is in them.
Beef Jerky – Real Beef Jerky not that fake stuff
Goat/Greek yogurt – This doesn’t need a reason :P
Boiled eggs – Really easy to make if you have an boiled egg maker and you throw them in a container and off you go
Sardines – loaded with Omega 3 fats that are great for you.
Tuna or Salmon (Canned) add in some Frank’s red hot and it taste a lot better with a little bit of flare
Trail mix, not the type that you buy but the type that you make. Dried fruits, nuts, seeds, pieces of beef Jerky
Nuts – Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
Fruit – Fruit is better than nothing if you’re in a pinch
Just wanted to add a little bit and let other people know of some great snacks that are out there. Please post your snacks as well to help the community so they have a little bit of Variety.
