I'm vacationing in Scotland - any Insider tips?

This is for those MPP'rs who live in Scotland. I have the wonderful opportunity to vacation there the first two weeks of June. We will be renting a car and plan to see as much as we can. Any tips from the locals? Must sees or pitfalls to avoid? I know we'll be doing a lot of distillery tours because my husband is a huge fan of single malt scotch. And I build stained glass windows so the works of Charles Rennie MacIntosh is on my list. What else? Thanks in advance!
