I have a feeling it is similar to Shiratake noodles (never tried it before) but slightly cheaper....enjoy.

I think I jumped the gun - £31 (incl p&p) for 24 packs comes to about £1.30 a serving which isn't too bad if it is filling....worth a try anyhow and if it tastes really bland or nasty, I shall douse it in garlic and some kind of sauce!
