Websites that generate gym routines?

I'd like to know if anything exists that can generate a suitable workout for you if you tell it what your weight/size is and then your goals and timescale.

Anyone know?

My gym uses something called Activtrax.. and it generates strength training workouts for you based on your personal profile, what goals you have, what type of strength training you wanted to do(IE machines, barbells etc, how many days a week, and full body/split body.

I used the system for a while and liked it.. but now I just use workouts my trainer gives me because I like his a bit better.

there are some pretty comprehensive programs on bodybuilding.com ...I don't think they can enter a prsonal profile per say, but the ones I've looked at are all 12-week trainers with great instructions, diet plans, etc. I've been very loosely doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer from there.

The site looks good although it won't let me join, I keep making an account and when I got to sign in it just goes back to the main screen and doesn't say anything :(

I have heard great things about Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer. Its nice because you can click on an exercise and it will show you a short video on how to perform the exercise correctly.
Angry Trainer is another great sight.
