Looking for friends I can talk to about reaching similar goals, I am losing weight very slowly probably because I do not have very big goals. I'm currently 125 looking to get down below 115, so that's roughly 10 pounds. (I'm 5 feet tall so that weight is not extreme for my height)

Is anyone else losing their last few pounds very slowly or having a similar experience because I really do not know how to get the weight off at a steady pace. I've been working out everyday and I work retail so I'm always on my feet. I try to stay under 1,200 calories. Any advice?

We are almost in identical weight loss crises LOL. I'm 5'0" and weigh 130 currently. my SW was 137 and am looking to go to 115 or 110 -- depends on how i look at that point really.

I'm 5'2" and my goal was 135. I'm currently at 134.6. Now i'm more about building muscle and slimming down. The last pound for me was hard. The smaller you get the harder it will be to lose it. Are you eating back your workout calories? Feel free to add me.

    Thanks!
