I'm already cookin' for Easter. The Way of the Cross is on TV with the Pope. We were just down by the Colloseum and it's all roped off. Thousands of people go, and tonight is a beautiful night, but you can see it better on television.

I've got Kale Chips and Asiago Carrot Bread in the oven. The kitchen smells good. Tomorrow I have to boil the eggs. I get up early Sunday morning to prepare them. I bought a roast and will cook it slow for hours on the stove--first I'll brown it in olive oil and then add white wine, garlic, rosemary, and salt. My SIL made it the first time and it was so good. I've made it twice since then. The pasta will be ravioli stuffed with shrimp in a cream and parmigian sauce with chopped shrimp.

That sounds beautiful. I wish I was there. The half has not been told.

@snowflake954 Do you know what held me captive for hours....Moses by Michelangelo. He looks different from every angle and every place you stand. He is charged with thought and energy and life forces are pulsing through his body. That ain't no ordinary piece of marble. I was gobsmacked.
