Walking in the dust this morning in the park. They are watering the grass sparingly, but there are dead leaves everywhere--like Fall, because it's too dry and the trees are suffering.
They've set up the Summer Cinema area, a big screen, and lots of plastic chairs, with cables snaking everywhere, and a projection booth up high. Had to zig-zag through on my rounds.1 -

The water treatment systems with all of the pesky, what will they do. They'll be turning the fountains off. Could you've imagined this. Such extremes.1 -

Interesting reading. "More study is needed" seems to be the result so far. I don't know what to think. Growing up on a farm you watch the weather everyday because it's important. No rain for a long time can be devastating. If there is really an answer, I'd consider it.1 -
