When I saw your photo I thought it was the one we have in Rome--the Alberto Sordi Gallery. It's very similar, and is mostly closed for restoration. It's a lovely building.

They're all grand, well-built and beautiful. The ingenuity was supernatural. I watched the Godfather trilogy. That tribe and our tribe, there were a lorra lorra similarities. The Chief and the rest of the organizational system. The tribal business structure. A Constitution with a tripartite government with executive, legislative and judicial branches.
