Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an on-again/off-again healthy eater and trying to move into a permanent on-again healthy life style. The first couple of days have been tough but I am just making sure to document everything (good and bad) so I can go from there. So far, seems like dinner is my toughest time so any suggestion for healthy dinners would be much apprecited! Welcome to everyone else new...hopefully we will all be successful together

Erica - the thing that works for me best at dinner time is using a smaller plate. Portion size/portion control is the key. And, as much as I hate to say it, pass on dessert (or at least go healthy with dessert).0
