Trouble with appropriately logging my exercise.

Hi all,
I'm a little frustrated because I can't figure out how to appropriately log my exercise. I work out five days a week and it's usually a combination of high intensity cardio/weight training (similar to crossfit) and then about 30 minutes of grappling/wrestling. I've been using the "wrestling" option in the exercise tool and just doing 30 minutes so I don't overestimate my exercise calories. I'm just curious if anyone had the same problem and came up with a workable solution. Thanks!

Your first 30 minutes sounds like circuit training, I'm sure that's close enough

I have the same problem. I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and I don't know what to put down.

Jillian Michaels stuff usually gets logged as "circuit training". I have a HRM and I can tell you that the circuit training came pretty close to estimating it.

i would go with circuit training for the 1st part

Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics
