Late Night Snacking ...

Hey Guys -

I am relatively new to the forums and am looking for some advise. I am a night owl, normally staying up until midnight or one in the morning. During the day, I have no issues sticking to my diet. But once dinner is finished and the later hours 8 and beyond roll in, I start getting some serious cravings.

Anybody have any ideas/suggestions to avoid these late night cravings. Or recommendations of things that are okay to eat during this ours that aren't going to drive my diet off course.

Note: As an addendum, I have a VSG - although I don't think this will effect the suggestions that come my way.
