30 lbs Down 40 to Go (Pics)

I have been stalled for over a year now at a 30 lb loss. Ecstatic I'm not gaining, but I want to keep losing. Fluctuating between 170-180 right now...usually 172-174.
(I had back surgery this past Nov and still deal with a lot of pain...My weight loss stall coincides with the back problem. A combination of constant pain, surgery recovery, limits on exercise keeping me to only very very low impact, ie walking or swimming, is I am sure a major factor in the stall. I have way upped my walking and trying to do yoga and circuit training this past two weeks and hoping to kick off the losses again)
The first picture is me at Easter 2009. I started officially trying to lose in Oct 2009 at 199.9 (I was shocked to see that number...and so afraid of ever seeing 200) My size 16's were super tight. I am wearing a Men's XL shirt here.

This picture is from this past Easter at 174ish. Size L women's shirt and 14 Petite pants. I still have a way to go, but seeing progress helps me stay on track.

OK, now to head out for my walk.
So they are a little blurry...picture of a picture. I never want myself photographed, but my grandmother insists and then mails me the prints.
