NSV overshadowed...

So earlier on I was going to write an NSV on here because myself and three colleagues went to get our BMI, blood pressure and body fat percentage measured at work today because we've had some people from the local gym come in and visit us.

One of my colleagues said "I am concerned that I'm going to get this done with three skinny girls!"

Now, I don't like the word "skinny", but that aside, I was still over the moon when she said that!!!!

...until I got told that my body fat percentage is 36.4%.

Mortified.

I do body pump twice a week, kettlercise once a week, Zumba twice a week, combat once a week and then everything else in between!!

Any advice on how I can get this down? As until today, I thought I was doing quite well...

    This!! Plus detemination, persistance and patience. I peaked at your diary, lots of empty or un-completed days. Have to be diligent about keeping track and know exactly what's going in vs. what's going out. Good luck!
