I'm somewhat new to this.. I've been logging and whatnot for a of couple weeks, but I have almost no friends  I need motivation!

Any postpartum ladies looking to lose baby weight, feel free to add me! (or anyone of course:wink: ) I could use some motivation and support from people in the same boat as me

And if you'd wanna share any of the things you're doing to lose the weight/reshape up or anything, go for it!

    Hi there,
Congrats on your new baby. I am a mother/baby nurse and we usually recommend no strenuous activity before your 6 week pospartum is up. Daily walk's are good. But follow what your OB recommend's and take it slow. Maybe talk with a personal trainer and of course other PP mom's. Just remember everybody is different.
Also if you are nursing the baby it help's burn more calorie's (if you didn't know that ). If you are nursing and haven't already done this suggestion, you could talk with a lactation consultant to get some tip's about breastfeeding and weight loss. Just a thought.
Hope it all work's for you. Good luck!

Thanks! I've had my 6 week check up, all was well. I'm 2 months PP now :) and I do breastfeed, though not exclusively anymore. I have heard that it does burn calories, bonus!
