I have to pack up my racing gear today. I need to make sure I take everything when I go tomorrow for my race on Sunday. Half Marathon.

So what's in your Racking Kit? Here's what I have so far.

Fuel Belt
Gu
Garmin
Gum
Kleenex
Immodium
Tylenol / advil
Gatorade Powder
Flip Flops
Running clothes (Tank, shorts, jacket, buff, socks, shoes)
Cash

ETA: Bananas, Clif Bar, water and coffee for drive to race (1.5 hours)

What else?

ID, a real watch, Sunglasses (unless you run without them), body Glide or vaseline for chaffing, chapstick, pins for bib, something to keep you warm and throw away at the start (old sweater, or even a garbage bag), throw away gloves if it will be cold.

Taking a hat? A single use ice-pack (just in case)

    Have a great race!

Thanks. Yep on the ID, chapstick, sunglasses and vaseline. It's going to be super warm. 10 deg to start. 19 at the finish. I don't think I'll need anything warmer than a tank. I'll be wearing my buff so I won't need a hat. I'll also have my phone as a watch.

Single use ice pack. That might be a good idea.

    Great ideas. Thanks.
