Hi, I'm Theresa. I've tried and tried to lose weight and have given up. Yesterday I made up my mind to really give this my all. I need helpful supporters to be accountable to. I don't get a lot of support at home unfortunately. It's just myself and my husband now and I though not cooking for children any longer would help....not. So I need to learn to eat healthy instead of starving myself and I need to get moving. I've 2 replaced knees so impact is something I cannot do. I would love some ideas for healthy low cal recipes from anyone out there. Today is day 2.

Congrats on starting and making the decision to do it!!! Starving yourself is definitely not the way to go. Get yourself a good protein powder and increase your protein intake. If you live somewhere where you can bike or walk, those are great low impact exercises! Good luck! Feel free to add me as a friend.0
