    It's a Michael Pollan film documentary, based on his book. He's a well-known writer who writes about food, food choices, and the industrialization of food. Food Inc is especially about the industrialization of food, big agriculture, the plight of small farmers, truthfully there is so much information I almost went & bought the book so I could absorb it more slowly. I would highly recommend it for viewing/reading. It's so anti-big agriculture that the film probably won't be out in any mainstream theater, you might have to wait for the rental.
