Hi there. I'm Natalia and I'm new. I've joined because Im looking to lose a small amount of weight, and I was hoping to find friends who are going through the same struggle. They say the last ten lbs is the hardest!!

    I want to lose 8lbs.
    Lost just over 2 stone 2 1/2 years ago and have maintained but now want to get a bit more off.
