You can totally tell you're waist line is starting to present itself more. Looking damn fine!

I can tell in your face, but 20lbs is a few different pants sizes. People you know probably can't tell b/c you are wearing clothing that is now too big for you. The poster (above?) me is correct, you can tell in your waist definiton.

Also if you see the people you want to notice every day they might not notice subtle differences.

Oh, and that smile! I love to see before, during, and after pics of people b/c they go from a half or no smile to very happy people
