    180ish? You look tall enough to be at a healthy 180?

    I'm 5'7, so that should help a little when guessing mine. And no I won't be offending if you guess higher or lower than I am. NO CHEATING!

    In your defense, a woman with her curves and a height of 5'8 would be far from "fat" at 160ish.

    I have a friend at the gym who is 5'10, weighs 170 and you would literally wash laundry on her abs.

    What we need is a good debate about which weighs more... muscle or fat.

    Ok ok now this makes me feel better about myself because I am 5'7" and at 165. I am aware I need to lose a few still but I can also feel good about myself
