KFC chicken thigh vs my baked chicken thigh

I just entered the calories for my chicken thigh which was listed at 293 calories and just for curiosity sake typed in KFC chicken thigh original recipe and it was 250 calories. I know some of the amounts listed are from members and close but how can a fried chicken thigh be lower than my baked one!!!!! Anyway....I adore thighs but this is my last package and I'm going to use chicken breasts from now on. Was just venting.....

KFC chicken are tiny little things generally speaking. Regardless of the calories, home made is better. imo using breast instead of thighs has to be considered a sin somehere.
