The only liquid you need is water. Aside from a morning cup of coffee that's all I drink. Even if you can find drinks that aren't bad for you it's just throwing away good money. I'm buying filtered water that cost me $0.74 for 2 gallons (There's no tax). That's just a tad over $0.02 per cup. You won't find anything cheaper or better for you than water.
You can by zero calorie flavoring to add to your water if you're really wanting a taste added to it. Try out those Mio liquid enhancers. http://www.kraftbrands.com/mio/0 -
G2 is awesome! And, some of the low-calorie single serving water bottle flavorings are good, too. I drink watered-down lemonade and have gotten so used to it that normal lemonade tastes way too powerful!0

I like to flavor my water - tea is a good way to do that (non-caffeinated) or add lemon, lime, mint, cucumber, frozen berries, etc... if you like the dr. pepper taste, try to find some natural alternative and put that in your water (lots of teas are complex and spicy, for example)0

Tea, coffee, crystal light, seltzer waters. Don't worry about the caffeine that myth has been blown out of the water many times on the message boards. It will not hurt your loss and will NOT dehydrate you.0

I know sodas are horrible for u - but if you want ur Dr. Pepper fix - try the new Dr. Pepper 10 - tastes pretty good and waaaay less sugar.0

I drink a couple of cups of unsweetened tea each day. My favorites are Bigelow Earl Grey Decaffeinated, Bigelow Perfect Peach Herbal Tea (delicious iced), and Bigelow Mint Medley - also herbal and good iced too. I avoid caffeine because I have high blood pressure and am sensitive to it. I get jitters and hyper from it. I think they are all wonderful, and much more satisfying than plain water. I also drink decaf coffee once in a while now - but have found tea a nice alternative since I like half and half in my coffee.0

Sugar free drink mixes are found at your regular grocery store. Crystal Light is yummy too and they have those on the go packets!0 -

Plus, if you are drinking your 8+ glasses of water a day you won't need any other liquids.0 -

flavored seltzer water, not the kind with artificial sweeteners, but a brand like Polar, La Croix, or Poland Springs. I'm not sure where you are from, so the brands can differ, but look for a sparkling water with natural flavors and no sweeteners.0
