I do a lot of ridiculous stuff at work, I do squats at my desk, lunges to and from the printer, chair presses, ect. What can I do to work my abs at work? I don't want to lay on the floor lol

I don'T know about the abs, except to contract 10 secs then relax, then contract 10 secs, etc..
As for me, I do 15 squats each time I go to the toilet! that makes 60 squats/day!0 -
Squats & lunges will actually hit your abs too! You could try some kind of modified planks or something. My best at work ab exercises come from laughing at incompetent coworkers.0

Ab vacuums are amazing, and you can do them driving, sitting at a desk, whatever.0

I looked this up, and from what I can tell, is it just sucking in your stomach? How is that going to build abs?0 -

I was just wondering that. So, basically I breath and I'll get a work out?0 -

Great question Im sure we all can use some tips0 -
It's a lot more than breathing in. You contract your abs isometrically. It's pretty tiring if you do it right0

No, it's not the greatest ab exercise, but it's one you can do at work0 -

Are you allowed to sit on one of those exercise balls?? I've heard great things about those, but I've yet to try it!0

Twisting with a lunge, preferably with a medicine ball or some kind of weight. Woodchopper, Chair pose, and if you can have a exercise ball to sit on, use that to do crunches on.0
