Hi, I'm looking for any meals/recipes which anyone may have that are really high fibre and quite low in calories.
I only have exercise calories left (going to the gym now) so around 300-500 but I've realised now my fibre's only at 10g![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
The foods I have in that may be of use are:
Peas
Carrots
Bananas
Apples
Oats
Baked beans
Wholewheat pasta
Wholewheat bread...
and other basic stuff, but nothing else especially high.

Grate an apple into your oats and make apple porridge/oatmeal?0

Fiber One's Honey squares are 80 calories for 3/4 of a cup and have 10 grams of fiber! (I eat 1.5 cups most the time for a serving and then have the 20grams of fiber already met for my daily goal!)0
