Peanut Butter Protein Shake

2 Tbsp- Peanut Butter (I use Jiff)
1 tsp- Honey
1 scoop- Chocolate Whey Protein (I use Body Fortress)
8 oz-Silk Almond Milk

Place in blender...blend...and serve

I need to figure out a little healthier one but it taste really really really good

    You could reduce the calories a bit if you switched to PB2 and used half milk and half water. Some powders are really gross in just water, but I haven't noticed much difference using half water.

    I love the peanut butter shakes to but I use
    Life Time Plant Protein Powder
    1 Cup Almond Milk
    1 Tbs. Peanut butter (smart balance)
    1/2 Sliced Frozen Banana

    Yummy!

    Chocolate-Banana-PB Shake:

    1 Scoop of Whey (Body Fortress Chocolate)
    1 Tablespoon of PB (JIF or any brand)
    8oz. of 2% Milk
    1/4 of Fat free/sugar free banana pudding

    Mix all in blender and serve.

    Calories: 377
    Protein: 38g
    Fat: 15g
    Carbs: 29g

    Its the Fat Free/Sugar Free JELL-O powdered packet not the pre-made jello in plastic cups. 1/4 of the box is one serving size.
